Blessed to be hired by Victoria's parents to join them and document her 15th birthday! Chicago is known for its diverse culture and inhabitants, so it was an honor to experience the beautiful and important Latino cultural event that a Quinceañera is. A shy but beautiful young lady, the celebration started with Victoria being blessed by a priest at St. Joseph Church, treated to a carriage ride along Navy Pier, then a red carpet introduction ceremony where her mother replaced her hair bow with a tiara and her father changed her shoes from flats to high heels - all to the accompaniment of a Mariachi band. True princess treatment which was followed by a portrait session with families and friends before they all embarked onto the Mystic Blue for a cruise along the lakefront, some dancing and dining.

Congratulations Victoria.
